MTD M56 Two Stage Petrol Snow Blower

For fast and effective snow clearance of your drive and the walkways around your home, this 2-stage Snow Thrower from MTD is the perfect solution. It combines a heavy-duty steel auger piece at the front of the machine that breaks down and clears even compacted snow with a high speed impellor as a secondary device to disperse it.

Another added benefit of this model for the home-user is the self-propelled drive system which saves on pushing and takes out all the hard work. Two large-sized 10 x 4 wheels with purpose built Snow Hog tyres also ensures enhanced manoeuvrability and added grip in slippery conditions.

The powerful 179 cc OHV engine on the MTD M56 Snow Thrower has been specially adapted for use in cold conditions. It offers easier starts when temperatures are low and an oversized pull handle allows you to fire it up even when wearing gloves.

The clearing width on this snow thrower is 56 cm (22) allowing for fast clear-up work on medium-large sized properties, whilst its compact overall dimensions and relative low weight makes it easy to handle.

The exit chute on this model can be rotated a full 180 degrees for blowing snow to either side and is made of a tough polymer material which resists clogging, rusting or freezing.
